Moderatto to Play Tecate Light Fiesta Friday Concert!

For those who quieren rock-and-roll, Moderatto has you covered: the Mexican supergroup is set to return to the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach and headline the popular Tecate Light Fiesta Friday Concert.

The Tecate Light Fiesta Friday Concert will take place at approximately 6:45 p.m. on the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center Terrace Plaza and is free to Friday race ticket holders. Space at the Plaza is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Moderatto’s glam metal-themed attire and rock hits such as “Quiero Rock,” “Márchate Ya” (“Leave Now”) and “Isabel” have made this band a fan favorite at the Grand Prix in previous years. The group consists of Bryan Amadeus (lead singer, guitar and piano), Elohim Corona (drums), Mick Marcy (guitar), Xavi Moderatto (bass), and Roy (guitar). The group has earned a reputation for wild, theatrical live performances and has attracted a large tongue-in-cheek fan base in the club scenes of Mexico City.

Said the band, “Malditos Pecadores! We are super excited to be back at Long Beach’s most important event of the year, the Grand Prix. We will see you there! Yeah!!!”

Featuring a wide variety of on- and off-track activities for the entire family, the Grand Prix weekend’s on-track action will be headlined by the Verizon IndyCar Series and also include the BUBBA burger Sports Car Grand Prix, featuring the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Motegi Racing Super Drift Challenge, SPEED Energy Stadium Super Trucks, Pirelli World Challenge and the inaugural running of the historic Can-Am Challenge.
