The 2008 Formula DRIFT season will get its start on the streets of Long Beach!
After a pre-season invitational competition in February in Mexico, the Formula DRIFT action begins in earnest April 12 with the first Pro Championship round at Long Beach, followed by the initial Team DRIFT battle April 18-20 as part of the 34th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. A second Team DRIFT competition will be held June 20-22 at Cleveland's Burke Lakefront Airport.
Other Pro Championship rounds for 2008 are: May 9-10 (Road Atlanta); June 14 (Wall Speedway); July 12 (Las Vegas Motor Speedway); August 9 (Evergreen Speedway); September 13 (Infineon Raceway) and October 11 at Irwindale Speedway.
The date and location of the 2008 Formula DRIFT World Championship will be announced.
