Guaranteed that lotsa eyes are gonna be on Kansas Speedway this weekend to see if Danica Patrick can pull off two straight wins by taking the RoadRunner Turbo Indy 300.
Or, for that matter, if Will Power can notch two straight!
Dan Wheldon is defending champion on the Kansas City track, a 1.5-mile oval with 15-degree banking in the turns. Patrick, the victor last weekend at Montegi, Japan, heads to Kansas third in points with 98, trailing leader Helio Castroneves (120) and Scott Dixon (100). Tony Kanaan has 89 and the winner of the 34th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, Will Power, sits fifth with 87.
